BIM has truly found its voice in recent years, with firms across the construction industry using the process in order to move away from document-led project development, and towards a more efficient overall approach. 

The UK government have followed suit, and now require all government funded projects to utilise BIM at every stage. It’s no wonder why, of course: using accurate data gathered through GPS surveys and laser scanning, feature-rich environments can be constructed at improved cost and with the potential for greater collaboration.

The finished BIM model can be used from conception through to demolition, and is a truly immersive approach to building construction, allowing for the smallest to the biggest changes without dramatic detriment to the overall project.
